I’ve been looking for a few resources for use in a class I’m designing on movement launching and found this brief video clip on servant leadership. Since that’s the dominant topic outside of my family on this blog, I wanted to post it.
A lot of people in the church still like treating servant leadership like a “style” rather than an ethic or even act of worship. This gives great examples of how the fruit of self-serving leadership can have disastrous consequences.
